EVENTS & ACTIVITIES
Our club has monthly meetings, weekly outings for moms and their children, play groups, and a monthly MOMS Night Out.
Our goal is to offer at least two group activities for you and your children each week. Some group examples include:
• Park playdates
• Seasonal parties
• Tours of local businesses
• Zoo days
• Lunch Bunch
Most of our activities are during the day, when mothers-at-home need support. The only exception being our monthly MOMS Night Out. Past events have included dinner, drinks and desserts, movie night or just relaxing with the other moms getting to know a side of them they may not show with their children around! (And we all know an adult conversation can give us some much needed sanity!)
This club is not just about our children, it's also about us. As a stay-at-home mom, it's difficult to meet new people and tackle all of the tasks a mother has to do. The most important thing to remember is we are all here to support one another in any way possible. We know being an at-home mother today means making a financial sacrifice, so our dues are a minimal $20 a year. We are a non-profit organization. Our member dues cover the cost of hosting our website, dues to our mother organization of MOMS Club® International, funding for our annual volunteer project, and supplies for our parties and activities.
Moms of any age children are welcome. You don't have to leave the group when your children enter school or when older children are home on summer break. We all need support even as our children continue to grow!
We are required by our parent group MOMS Club® International to complete at least one community service project a year. We select causes or groups that focus on families and children in our local area.
